The patient underwent anterior orbitotomy and the diagnosis of Kimura disease was established with histopathology. The patient was consulted with the pediatricsand multiple lymphadenopathies were determined in the head-neck region. Blood tests showed an increased peripheral eosinophilia. In the follow-up no recurrence was seen.

Conclusion:

Kimura disease is not a common disease and orbital involvement is seen in some of the patients. Kimura disease should be considered in a pateint with unilateral painless proptosis and the patient should be examined systemically.
